The Inspector-General of the National Police Service, Mr. Douglas Kanja, MGH,CBS,OGW, has arrived at the National Police College Main Campus in Kiganjo, Nyeri County, ahead of today's passing-out parade for police recruits. The event will be presided over by His Excellency Dr. William Samoei Ruto, CGH, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces.
