ACTING IG MASENGELI MEETING WITH POLICE COMMANDERS IN COAST REGION

Ag. IG, Mr. Gilbert Masengeli has today, September 6, 2024, held a joint meeting with the Police Commanders drawn from KPS, APS, and DCI in the Coast Region at the Regional Police Headquarters, Mombasa. The Ag. IG, who is accompanied by DIG KPS, Mr. Eliud Lagat, and Director of DCI, Mr. Mohamed Amin lauded the Officers for their dedication to duty, encouraged them to uphold teamwork, and further assured them of his support as they addressed security challenges in the Coast Region. DIG KPS Mr. Lagat urged the Commanders to be keen on service delivery while also cascading the same virtues to the officers at the station level. The DCI equally thanked the Officers for their teamwork as NPS commanders, in particular, the fight against drug abuse.
