IG DOUGLAS KANJA DELIVERS A MESSAGE OF HOPE TO RECOVERING OFFICERS AT KNH

Inspector General of Police Mr. Douglas Kanja has spent this afternoon visiting officers currently admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital. IG Kanja was received and taken round by KNH Senior Nurse, Naomi Ngunjiri. IG Kanja shared a heartfelt message of hope with the officers, expressing his sincere wishes for their quick and full recovery, while also acknowledging and commending their courage and dedication in the line of duty. He also passed by the National Police Service Hospital Mbagathi where he conducted assessment to expedite processes to fully operationalize the hospital, to boost the Border Police Hospital, Kanyonyo. The IG was accompanied by the DIG Eliud Lagat in charge of the Kenya Police Service, the outgoing NPS Director of Corporate Communications & Spokesperson Dr. Resila Onyango, AIG, and Kenya Police Nurse Ms. Emilia Gitonga, SSP among other senior officers.
