EU AMBASSADOR HENRIETTE GEIGER PAYS COURTESY CALL ON IG KANJA IN NAIROBI

The European Union Ambassador to Kenya, Her Excellency Henriette Geiger today November 6, 2024, paid a courtesy call on Inspector General of Police, Mr. Douglas Kanja Kirocho at his Jogoo House "A" Office. The two leaders discussed various issues, key among them is the Justice Sector Reform Programme, with emphasis on the need for all actors in the criminal justice system to continuously reform for better service delivery. Amb. Geiger was accompanied by the Head of Political, Press, and Information-Thomas Von Handel, and Programme Manager Human Rights, Justice and Elections, Governance and Macroeconomics Section-Line Urban, while IG Kanja was flanked by his Principal Assistant, Mr. Mathew Kutoh, AIG.
