CRACKDOWN ON MUGGERS AND PICKPOCKETS IN MTWAPA NABS FOUR SUSPECTS

Police officers from the Mtwapa Police Station conducted an intelligence-led operation on the evening of 8th August 2025, targeting muggers and pickpockets operating in the Maweni and Kipapuro areas of Mtwapa Township, Kilifi South Sub-County. The operation led to the arrest of four male suspects, aged between 18 and 40. They were taken into custody for processing and subsequent arraignment.
