BHANG WEIGHING 159.15 KG RECOVERED BY POLICE IN KAKAMEGA

On 12 August 2025, National Police Service officers on patrol along the Kakamega-Mumias Road recovered an abandoned black Toyota Fielder motor vehicle. Upon conducting a search, the officers discovered bhang packed in seven bags, weighing 159.15 kg with an estimated street value of KSh 4,774,500. The vehicle was towed and detained at Kakamega Police Station pending further investigations to identify the owner.
