THE 10th EDITION OF THE NATIONAL POLICE SERVICE CROSS - COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP
The 10th edition of the National Police Service  Cross-Country Championship held at Ngong Race Course, Nairobi county, drawing National Police Service competing teams and world record athletes from all over the country.
It was evident that their impressive performance is an affirmation that the National Police Service has top-notch talent and our continued dominance in sports is guaranteed. These kickoffs create a start of annual competition where selections are made and the best athletes will proceed to the next level of cross country competitions to a culmination where the best competitors will be selected to the National team and represent Kenya in the international arena, progressing our rich legacy in athletics.
“As a service, we take pride in having police officers who have made Kenya proud by displaying our prowess in sports which brings all Kenyans together in cheering them as they win medals, and set new world records. As a National Police Service, we will fully support them and particularly the upcoming ones to realize their full potential and join renowned athletes, who have made greater strides in the development of athletics in Kenya” said the Deputy Inspector General Kenya Police Service Mr. Edward Mbugua while conveying the message on behalf of the IGP NPS and President of AFRIPOL H.E Hilary Mutyambai.Congratulations to the winners, coaches, participants, and all who made the National Police Service Cross Country Championship-2022 a success.
