INSPECTOR GENERAL MR. J. BOINNET MGH, nsc (AU) IN EMBU TODAY-(2018-09- 26).

The Inspector General of Police Mr Joseph Boinnet will today meet over three hundred (300)  police officers among them police commanders from three counties of Embu, Tharaka Nithi and Meru. 

Mr Boinnet will address the officers on the  new policy framework and strategy for the reorganization of the National Police Service recently launched by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The officers who are now gathering at the Kenya School of Government-Embu, will be taken through the new policy which include the provision of decent and affordable housing to the officers and integration with the communities and neighborhoods. 

Last week, the Inspector General addressed over 500  police officers among them county commanders from Usain Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, Trans Nzoia, Nandi and West Pokot in Eldoret county hall. 

He assured them that no officer will lose her/his job during the current reorganization of the service.
